Every fields is important but the * fields have to be correct in the system for Alerts to be received. You can visit this site anytime you find it necessary to update your contact information. When completed it will be emailed to the City Clerk. The reason for the number of children or pets is to collect data for possible interface with the Fire Department.

Gwinner Citizen Notice:
The Sargent County Board of Equalization will be meeting on June 4th at 10:30am in the Sargent County Courthouse. Gwinner citizens need to attend this meeting if you are scheduled to have a large increase in your property tax base. You are encourage to call and get your name on the agenda to speak before the commission that day. Please call the Sargent County Auditor at 701-724-6241 Ext. 108.
If no one attends the meeting, then the increases will be put into place.
If you do not speak at the meeting, then you do not have an appeal right to the state.
Also anyone with an issue with your assessment, should make an appointment with the Sargent County Property Tax & Assessment Director to discuss how she came up with your numbers. Her phone is 701-724-6241 Ext. 116.

CITY OF GWINNER SPRING CLEAN UP WEEKEND INFORMATION!!!!
GWINNER RESIDENTS ONLY clean up weekend is MAY 3-4-5 from 7am to 8pm.
THE CITY WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY APPLIANCES INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO THIS LIST):
Air conditioners, clothes dryers, dishwashers, freezers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, Kitchen stoves, furnaces, water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, garbage disposals, Trash compactors, televisions or any similar appliances like these.
Private delivery by owner of appliances will be accepted for recycling at the Dakota Landfill for a fee. Please contact them at 701-678-2306.
No tires, batteries or paint in paint cans will be accepted.
GWINNER RESIDENTS ONLY clean up weekend is MAY 3-4-5 from 7am to 8pm at the city shop yard, located at 217 1st ST NW. This area is under surveillance.
Anyone caught on camera for illegal dumping, may be prosecuted.
**ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE IN PLACED THE BINS**
